Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally via Australia Post, including to the European Union. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 10–20 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
